The Great Texas Catamaran Race 300 miles of extreme sailing at its best!

The Great Texas Catamaran Race is one of the premier long distance beach cat races in the country. This is distance racing at its best. In its 10th year, it is again expected to attract world class racing teams. Awards for each class will be given in addition to the First to Finish trophy.
May 26 at 7:00pm until May 28 at 12:10am –
2 days of world class entertainment at the “Biggest Beach Bar in Texas” in South Padre Island at Claytons on the Beach. This is an All ages show with state of the art stage sound and lighting under the stars and on the beach! Music Nightly from 6:00pm -Midnight!
On Saturday, May 26th come watch Alex Marley and The Raspas perform live at Clayton’s Resort in South Padre Island! Music starts with The Raspas at 8pm followed by a live performance by Alex Marley feat. The Raspas from 9-11.

On Saturday, May 12, 2012 the organization will be hosting the 2nd Annual Bay Fishing Tournament at Louie’s Backyard on South Padre Island. There will be cash prizes, awards, food, fun, and music.
Time: 8 am – 11:30 pm
All proceeds from this event will be donated directly to the Vannie E. Cook, Jr. Children’s Cancer and Hematology Clinic.
